Description

Lead technical development and production support for enterprise applications, managing architecture, integrations, and offshore teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document technical architecture and system integrations.
• Drive solutions for system restoration and coordinate cross-team resolution of L2/L3 issues.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities including adaptive, perfective, and corrective work.
• Lead offshore development teams to ensure timely delivery of technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in hands-on Java MS development.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead in application development and production support.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP API development.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Experience with DevOps and BPM development using Camunda or Flowable.
• Strong proficiency in SQL scripting.
• Familiarity with Java tech stack and Python.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITSM processes (Incident/Problem Management) and tools like ServiceNow/JIRA.
• Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic.
• Experience managing onsite/offshore development models.
