Description

You will own the technical direction and operational quality of mobile applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability, observability, and operational excellence for iOS and Android platforms.
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and reliability frameworks.
• Define Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for mobile and web applications.
• Oversee proactive monitoring dashboards and incident response procedures.
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, and DevOps teams to embed reliability into the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Azure Application Insights and Azure Monitor.
• Deep knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) architectures.
• Proficiency in scripting using Python, PowerShell, or Node.js.
• Experience with incident management tools, specifically ServiceNow and Jira.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native automation practices.
• Experience with Native Android development using Kotlin.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web platform reliability and monitoring.
