Description

You will lead data engineering efforts, owning end-to-end data delivery from profiling to use case-specific output.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and dimensional structures.
• Profile data to identify primary keys and resolve data quality issues.
• Execute ETL processes for data ingestion, deduplication, and platform integration.
• Perform unit, functional, and performance testing, including query tuning.
• Collaborate with Product and QA teams to refine requirements and resolve findings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong, hands-on SQL development skills.
• Experience developing with dbt for ETL processes.
• Proven ability in data profiling and quality assurance.
• Experience with testing frameworks (unit, functional, and performance).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Snowflake.
• Healthcare industry experience, specifically from the payer perspective.
