Description

Lead data modeling efforts and provide technical direction within a Scrum team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams on data modeling best practices.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and quality assurance efforts of the team.
• Drive the development process through technical leadership and effective communication.
• Manage complex data structures and architectural requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Modeling.
• Expert level SQL proficiency.
• Strong experience using ER Studio and other Data Modeling tools.
• 1.5 to 2 years of experience with Data Cloud technology.
• Direct experience working with Customer Data Platform (CDP) tools.
• Proven ability to guide and mentor engineering teams.
• Experience working within a Scrum framework.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working for the company.
