Description

You will lead the development of complex analytic algorithms and end-to-end machine learning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Gather, interpret, and manipulate structured and unstructured data to build analytical solutions.
• Select modeling techniques and technologies based on data limitations and business requirements.
• Develop complex analytic algorithms and break down functionality into modular code.
• Build, implement, and monitor machine learning models through their full lifecycle, including governance.
• Implement time series and forecasting models to meet business needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science or related analytical roles.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms: Regression, Decision Trees, Bayesian Networks, Random Forest, Logistic Regression, SVM, Gradient Boosting, Clustering, and Dimensionality Reduction.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Experience with Python data science libraries including NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Proven experience building and implementing time series and forecasting models.
• Experience managing ML workflows, model implementation, governance, and monitoring.
• Working knowledge of Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Hive/HQL, HDFS, Spark/PySpark, and Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale unstructured datasets for analytical modeling.
