Description

Lead or support a team provisioning databases across six platforms, both on-premises and in the cloud. Drive cloud provisioning, platform upgrades, and cyber resiliency initiatives. Develop automation tools for the application team community.

Responsibilities

• Lead the database team or operate as a senior developer based on project needs.
• Drive current initiatives including cloud provisioning, database platform upgrades, and cyber resiliency.
• Develop and enhance automation tools used by the application team community.
• Mentor team members and facilitate communication between clients, the team, and leadership.
• Operate within an Agile framework to deliver database automation solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in database technologies.
• Strong expertise in Oracle and SQL.
• Java development experience.
• Automation development experience.
• Familiarity with Sybase, Hadoop, Teradata, Postgres, Mongo, or UDB.
• Experience with database provisioning in cloud environments.
• Proven ability to mentor junior staff and lead technical teams.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and leadership.
• Any Graduate degree.
