Technical Lead - Database Engineer (SQL DBA)

You will lead the design, implementation, and administration of highly available database systems within a 24/7 AWS environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly available database systems in AWS.
• Manage the health and maintenance of all production databases.
• Participate in IT projects from initial inception through daily maintenance phases.
• Automate database tasks and workflows using scripting languages.
• Administer SQL Server databases across both AWS and on-premises environments.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in database administration or related roles.
• Expertise in MS SQL Server and SQL Server administration.
• Experience managing databases on AWS.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for automation.
• Proficiency with Python scripting.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Postgres.
• Experience with MongoDB.
