Description

You will lead full-stack development, client delivery, and team mentorship for AI-driven web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications and APIs using React, Angular, or Node.js.
• Design and optimize backend systems and microservices architecture.
• Integrate AI/ML models with front-end applications to enhance user experiences.
• Act as the primary technical contact for client engagements, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and establish development standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or Java.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Ability to implement CI/CD pipelines and monitor application performance.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting client workshops and training sessions.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers and data engineers.
