Description

You will lead the technical direction for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and bridge customers with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionalities.
• Provide technical guidance to the team for building complex user stories and performing code reviews.
• Lead the creation and review of conceptual designs, detailed designs, and build estimations for product backlog items.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during design hand-over and technical requirement gathering.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service).
• Extensive experience with Power Platform, including PowerApps (Model Driven and Canvas) and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in customizing applications using JavaScript and Plugins.
• Hands-on experience with PowerBI, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong background in Dynamics CRM configuration, design, and integration.
• Proven track record of successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a subject matter expert for integrations, migrations, and solution customizations.

You will work from the office in Pasig City on a morning shift.
