Description

You will lead the technology delivery and implementation of the citywide MWBE Business Diversity Software.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive solutions using custom development and COTS products.
• Write code, configure COTS solutions, create architecture diagrams, and build automation pipelines.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering and architecture design to testing and deployment.
• Lead the development team in building secure solutions while establishing technical standards and quality control processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Cyber Command to define project scope and ensure security compliance.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major programming language: Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, or Go.
• Strong understanding of Cloud-based architecture with hands-on experience in Azure or AWS.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS and Enterprise or Solution architecture.
• Practical experience using DevOps tools and practices.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
