Description

Lead the iOS development effort for a global financial technology programme.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the iOS development team to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Analysts, and UX Designers to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Define and maintain coding standards, technical guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Mentor engineers and maintain clear communications across the team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience in a senior technical role within a large-scale mobile engineering organization.
• Expert knowledge of iOS development, including Swift and Objective-C.
• Expertise in mobile architecture best practices, performance, scalability, and security.
• Strong experience mentoring engineers and managing technically skilled teams.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments, including CI/CD pipeline setup.
• Familiarity with Apple design concepts and interface guidelines.
• Proficiency with unit and UI testing tools such as XCTest, Appium, Specta, and OCMock.
• Knowledge of RESTful services and secure coding practices (OWASP Mobile Top 10).
• Experience using Xcode and CocoaPods.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial technology sector.
