Description

You will lead full-stack engineering efforts for a data-driven web application, managing a small team and driving strategic technical decisions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development for a scalable, multi-tenant web application.
• Integrate claims and provider data by collaborating closely with the data engineering team.
• Build and manage a small engineering team as the organization scales.
• Develop products using traditional code and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Collaborate with product and leadership on strategic technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Postgres, Snowflake, and dbt.
• Experience with Javascript and React or similar modern frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Xano and WeWeb.
• Working knowledge of Dagster and AWS.
• Proven experience building scalable multi-tenant web applications.
• Strong data fluency and ability to work with complex datasets.
• Comfort working across the entire stack in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Skills

• Prior startup or founding engineer experience.
• Experience in healthtech, marketplaces, or employer-benefit platforms.
