Description

You will lead technical efforts focusing on network protocols and quality assurance within the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Datacom L1 and L3 network layers to ensure connectivity and stability.
• Resolve complex network issues and optimize L1/L3 configurations.
• Oversee technical workflows and guide the engineering team through release cycles.
• Execute manual testing protocols to verify system integrity and performance.
• Document testing procedures and network architecture changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Datacom L1 networking hardware and configurations.
• Expertise in Datacom L3 networking, including routing and switching.
• Experience performing comprehensive manual testing for system stability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Ability to manage technical workflows independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing tools to complement manual processes.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic utilities.
