Description

You will lead the technical direction and development of complex web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, complex web applications using J2EE technologies.
• Drive the technical direction for assigned projects.
• Mentor development team members to improve code quality and engineering practices.
• Provide effective technical solutions to business requirements.
• Apply system architecture principles and Java performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Proficiency with Java and J2EE.
• Experience implementing REST APIs and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Security and Spring-WS.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically Azure.
• Working knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and JIRA.
