Description

You will lead engineering efforts to build and maintain low-latency trading platforms on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an engineering team, enforcing code quality and technical standards.
• Design and implement end-to-end, low-latency solutions using .NET Core on AWS.
• Act as the primary technical contact for Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee system health, performance tuning, and incident response for critical trading applications.
• Contribute to core framework development and conduct rigorous code reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with .NET / .NET Core (C#) building high-throughput microservices.
• Proven experience designing cloud-native architectures using AWS services (Lambda, EC2, EKS, ECS/Fargate, S3, SQS/SNS, Postgres, API Gateway).
• Strong database proficiency with relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Aurora) systems.
• Experience with Kafka and RDMS (SQL Server).
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions) and IaC (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Significant domain knowledge in Capital Markets/Trading (OMS, EMS, FIX protocol, market data).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
