Description

You will lead the technical direction for mission-critical, low-latency trading applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, enforcing code quality and SOLID principles.
• Drive design and implementation of end-to-end solutions using .NET Core and AWS.
• Act as the technical contact for Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to align roadmaps.
• Contribute to core framework development and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Architect and optimize complex database schemas for real-time data integrity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years building high-throughput microservices and APIs in .NET / .NET Core (C#).
• Proven experience designing cloud-native architectures using AWS services (Lambda, EC2, EKS, ECS/Fargate, S3, SQS/SNS, Postgres, API Gateway).
• Expertise with Kafka and relational databases, specifically SQL Server.
• Strong proficiency with both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Aurora) databases, including tuning.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Capital Markets/Trading domain, including OMS, EMS, or FIX protocol.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
