Description

Lead engineering teams to design, build, and maintain scalable, low-latency trading systems using .NET Core and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, enforcing SOLID principles and driving code quality reviews.
• Architect end-to-end solutions ensuring high availability, scalability, and low latency for trading platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and DevOps to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
• Contribute to core framework development and resolve complex architectural bottlenecks.
• Oversee system health, performance tuning, and incident response for mission-critical applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in .NET / .NET Core (C#) building high-throughput microservices and APIs.
• Proven expertise with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, EKS, ECS/Fargate, S3, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
• Strong proficiency with RDBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Aurora) including advanced query optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets, including OMS, EMS, FIX protocol, and market data feeds.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders and provide clear direction to engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka for event streaming and real-time data processing.
