Description

You will lead technical direction and mentor engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery including requirements, design, coding, reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Drive technical decision-making for web and mobile application design.
• Manage project estimations and software development lifecycle processes within an Agile framework.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Perform debugging, log analysis, and problem-solving to maintain system stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in front-end development using React.js.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS, specifically MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of MVC patterns and web/mobile application design.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, and automated testing tools.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
