Technical Lead - GenAI with Agentic Platform

Lead the design and implementation of an Agentic platform, focusing on agent registries, agent meshes, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the Agent Registry to store and manage AI agent metadata.
• Develop the Agent Mesh, creating a network of interconnected agents for collaborative processes.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of AI agents, from development and deployment to retirement.
• Provide technical direction on platform architecture and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical goals with organizational objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Generative AI (GenAI) and AI agent technologies.
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture, agent registries, and lifecycle management.
• Expertise in distributed systems and microservices.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and guiding project execution.
• Ability to drive best practices for scalable and maintainable GenAI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM AI-powered platforms.
