Lead technical delivery and mentor engineering teams in a hands-on capacity.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for project delivery and team leadership.
• Analyze user stories to identify functional and technical requirements.
• Develop and test technical user stories while ensuring application performance and quality.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building and maintaining Microservices and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Angular for frontend development.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Competency with GitHub for version control.
• Experience implementing Unit Test Frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
