Description

You will lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Generative AI solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs and implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own technical architecture, design decisions, and engineering standards across the team.
• Conduct code reviews, manage module ownership, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior engineers while managing service orchestration and streaming.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical lead role.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing Generative AI applications, including RAG architectures.
• Strong experience in client-side and backend development with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployments.
• Experience with API design, service integrations, and cross-platform communication.
• Knowledge of enterprise data privacy, cybersecurity standards, and data protection.
• Experience with observability tools for logging, monitoring, and distributed tracing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
