Description

You will lead technical direction and drive engineering execution for AI systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design decisions and resolve blockers across engineering pods.
• Manage code reviews, shared modules, and enforce engineering consistency.
• Drive agile development practices, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of developers and AI engineers.
• Communicate technical risks and constraints clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong experience with cloud-native development practices.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines for AI systems and microservices.
• Experience designing and deploying conversational agents and multi-agent systems.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
• Skilled in modern programming languages and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Awareness of enterprise data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
• Familiarity with observability tools for tracing and logging.
