Description

You will lead technical design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules, owning solution architecture and performance optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture, integrations, and performance optimization efforts.
• Mentor the ServiceNow team on best practices, coding standards, and QA.
• Oversee platform administration, including upgrades and patching.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level escalation support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow development: JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, and Integration.
• Proficiency in managing REST/SOAP integrations and MID Servers.
• Experience with CMDB.
• Familiarity with API management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex platform administration and patching strategies.
