You will lead technical strategy and execution for cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring solutions are reliable, testable, and extensible.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable microservices using C# and .NET.
• Build and maintain high-performance front-ends with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Architect event-driven systems using Kafka and RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS and Azure using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Mentor engineers, review code, and enforce best practices in security, cost, and scalability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience building systems that scale.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET, multithreading, and memory management.
• Strong backend skills in event-driven architecture, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Advanced front-end proficiency in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Experience with component libraries (Kendo UI), Storybook, and Webpack.
• Cloud infrastructure skills with AWS, Azure, Fargate, Kubernetes, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• CI/CD pipeline expertise using Buildkite, Jenkins, or CircleCI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Elastic Beanstalk and advanced design patterns.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects with clarity and accountability.
