Description

Lead development teams in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise applications using C# and .NET technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications following architecture guidelines from solution architects.
• Manage sprint progress, assign work items, and coordinate issue resolution within service timelines.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to define requirements and manage change requests.
• Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and unblock team tasks to maintain velocity.
• Resolve complex application issues and support tickets while ensuring system stability.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of IT experience, including 4-5 years in a technical or team lead role.
• Expertise in C#, Microsoft .NET MVC, and .NET Core 3.1 or greater.
• Proficiency with Web API, Async Programming, Threading, and Task management.
• Strong SQL skills, including table design, programming, and query optimization.
• Experience with Azure Functions and Azure Storage services.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, NoSQL databases, and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or equivalent degree.
• Previous experience in direct customer interactions.
