Description

You will lead technical teams in designing and deploying digital solutions, overseeing project execution from inception to completion. You are responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, integrating systems, and mentoring staff while ensuring high-quality delivery across Java, .NET, and SQL projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for digital transformation projects, aligning development with business goals.
• Manage project execution, timelines, and budgets while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Oversee system integration of new solutions with existing platforms to ensure seamless performance.
• Mentor technical staff, fostering collaboration and continuous learning within the team.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, to articulate technical concepts.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in technical roles with 3-5 years in leadership.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, Oracle, and .NET frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong background in DevOps practices and agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Ability to manage complex integrations involving IoT, AI/ML, or blockchain technologies.
• Proven track record of recruiting and developing high-performing technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in strategic planning for digital transformation initiatives.
