Description

You will lead the planning, organization, and delivery of high-sensitivity projects while managing risks, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct project completion by managing contract changes, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Remove delivery obstacles and escalate issues to portfolio managers and program leads.
• Partner with IT Budget Management and finance teams to align quarterly budgeting cycles and month-end closings with portfolio financials.
• Maintain resource plans to account for capacity and utilization across the IT function.
• Manage vendor and supplier performance to ensure contractual compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of practical project or program management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple large-scale projects independently.
• PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong project finance and accounting acumen.
• Ability to manage high-level stakeholders and establish rapport with senior executives.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategic trade-offs.
