Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based microservices on AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices using Spring and Spring Boot.
• Manage AWS infrastructure including Aurora, Lambda, Fargate, ECS, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Develop and maintain Docker containers for efficient deployment and scalability.
• Apply event-driven design principles to build resilient systems.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Expertise in Java 17/1.8 and the Spring framework.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Security.
• Proficiency with AWS services: Aurora, Lambda, Fargate, ECS, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven design.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration.
• Working knowledge of Postgres and NoSQL solutions.
• Ability to apply design patterns to solve complex architectural problems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
