Description

You will design and build scalable, secure enterprise applications focused on Java microservices and Azure integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core application services using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Implement and manage Azure API Gateway integrations, configuring policies for authentication and throttling.
• Build and optimize microservices and event-driven components for transactional workloads.
• Integrate with Azure services like Event Hub, Cosmos DB, and Functions to enable hybrid architectures.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems, ensuring performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development with deep hands-on Java and distributed systems expertise.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure API Management (API Gateway), including policy design and security configuration.
• Experience with Azure cloud components: App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Event Hub, and Key Vault.
• Solid understanding of hybrid integration patterns for secure on-prem to cloud connectivity.
• Proven ability to implement API security, identity, and encryption best practices, including OAuth 2.0.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and asynchronous messaging frameworks (Kafka/Event Hub).
• Expertise in designing and coding at a production level.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
