Lead the development of scalable, enterprise-grade Java applications and manage a team of junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 junior developers to ensure high-quality technical delivery.
• Collaborate directly with customer teams to manage expectations and provide regular project updates.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code throughout the full SDLC.
• Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests to ensure code stability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience building Java/J2EE applications.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams of 5 or more developers.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with customer teams.
• Strong expertise in Microservices architecture.
• Proven experience developing solutions using Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of ORM frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control.
• Solid understanding of Relational Database Models and schema design.
• Experience with client web frameworks such as Angular, React, or Sencha.
• Experience resolving performance issues involving app profiling, distributed caching, memory management, and asynchronous programming.
