Description

Lead technical development and automation within the Genesys ecosystem. You will own IVR solutions, Genesys Cloud architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop IVR solutions using C# and Java.
• Manage Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline solution architecture.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Genesys developer.
• 4+ years working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Composer.
• Deep understanding of Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD).
• Experience using Interaction Workspace (IW).
• Proficiency in Core Java and C#.
• Experience working with CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Genesys Inbound Voice and CTI Genesys.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of REST APIs, Salesforce, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Genesys On-prem systems and data table configurations.
