Lead a team of Java developers to design, build, and deploy scalable applications and microservices. Own the technical delivery, mentorship, and code quality for high-impact software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions and provide technical mentorship.
• Design and develop scalable Java applications and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with architects to define technical solutions and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated builds and deployments.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues within production environments and enforce coding standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8 features and object-oriented design principles.
• Hands-on experience building Microservices and RESTful APIs with Spring Boot.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Proven expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies to drive delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
