Description

Lead technical delivery and mentor developers in a fullstack Java environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Solution Architects to understand architecture and suggest improvements.
• Own the team's overall delivery quality, commitment, and adherence to clean code processes.
• Perform detailed technical analysis and mentor team members on implementation.
• Propose and execute process and delivery improvement activities.
• Manage maintenance projects and ensure necessary tools are implemented by the development team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of real-time project experience.
• Strong backend development using Java 8 and Spring Boot.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful Services.
• Implementation of messaging system integrations.
• Frontend development expertise in ReactJS using Redux or React Context.
• Unit testing proficiency with Mockito, Jest, or React Testing Library.
• Experience working with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS.
• Knowledge of PHP and Laravel.
