You will lead a development team in designing, building, and maintaining scalable microservices-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers in designing and implementing scalable Java applications.
• Collaborate with Architects to implement solutions using Spring Boot and Kafka.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Drive performance tuning efforts to optimize application efficiency and responsiveness.
• Mentor team members and enforce product engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Proven experience in performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership experience guiding and mentoring development teams.
• In-depth knowledge of product engineering methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
