Description

Lead technical delivery for products and manage projects through the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Write new software, modify existing modules, and integrate applications according to technical specifications.
• Translate business requirements into clean, functional code and execute provided designs.
• Participate in project planning, work breakdown, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
• Perform code reviews, address incidents from quality inspection tools, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to operations and development groups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in a Lead role using Java.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Experience building Restful APIs and working with ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS cloud concepts.
• Solid understanding of SQL concepts and data structures.
• Proficiency with GitHub, JIRA/ADO, and CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit or Pytest.
• Knowledge of JavaScript or a UI framework like Angular.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Struts, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of NLP, AI/ML, and text extraction algorithms.
