Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java backend services and APIs. Ensure high code quality, security, and reliable releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and define technical implementation strategies.
• Develop middleware services end-to-end using Test Driven Development.
• Maintain >80% JUnit test coverage and ensure bug-free releases.
• Implement security measures and address penetration testing scenarios.
• Manage platform hosting functionality and API gateways.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with OOP, Design Patterns, and Multithreading.
• Expertise in Java 21, Java 8+, Lambda, and Stream API.
• Experience with REST services, Kotlin, and Groovy.
• Proficiency with Gradle and Maven build tools.
• Knowledge of Spring ecosystem: Spring JPA, Spring AOP, Spring Security.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and API Gateways (Kong, Azure/AWS).
