Description

You will own the architecture, design, and delivery of a Developer Portal for Treasury and Payments capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architecture, coding standards, and DevOps strategy.
• Lead design and code reviews while mentoring engineers.
• Build responsive, accessible UIs in React JS and develop scalable APIs using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3.
• Own sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, and release demos within an agile framework.
• Coordinate with DevSecOps to maintain CI/CD, blue-green deployments, and rollback plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in a technical lead role.
• Expertise in React JS, HTML5, CSS-in-JS, and responsive design.
• Strong proficiency in Java (11+), Spring Boot, Spring Security, and microservices patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Git, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
• Experience implementing authentication, role-based access, and rate-limiting.
• Proficiency with test automation using JUnit, Jest, and Cypress.
• Ability to use OpenTelemetry and Grafana for observability.
• Experience tracking work in Jira and managing the full SDLC.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Docker, Kubernetes, and event streaming with Kafka or Amazon MSK.
• SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and Redis caching.
• API gateways (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway) and OpenAPI/Swagger.
