Lead technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams through the full application lifecycle.
• Architect and implement solutions using the Spring Boot framework.
• Develop and deploy scalable, secure cloud solutions using Amazon Web Services.
• Manage application deployment and containerization using Docker.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java for developing scalable applications.
• Strong experience with the Spring Boot framework.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.
