Lead the design and execution of SIP-based call routing and interconnect solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of SIP-based call routing and interconnect solutions.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Ribbon PSX and SBC policy and routing behavior.
• Integrate VoIP platforms with external APIs, including call-signing and related services.
• Design and support scalable, resilient, and low-latency telecom solutions.
• Perform end-to-end troubleshooting across PSX, SBCs, APIs, and network components.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in telecom and VoIP engineering with deep expertise in SIP.
• Strong knowledge of SIP fundamentals, call routing, and interconnect architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Ribbon PSX and SBC policy and routing execution.
• Experience with API integrations in telecom or VoIP environments.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
• Proven ability to design and support highly available, low-latency, and scalable systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across VoIP platforms, network layers, and supporting systems.
• Experience with automation, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD practices in production environments.
