Lead technical execution for project segments and guide team members toward quality delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize technical aspects of project segments and small-scale projects.
• Provide direct technical guidance to team members and contribute to technical strategy.
• Assist in designing systems, application programs, and drafting project plans.
• Oversee project execution to ensure quality and monitor team progress.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience with previous team leadership.
• Proficiency in Java, NodeJS, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Advanced understanding of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and networking.
• Experience automating code quality, performance, and testing within CI/CD.
• Familiarity with microservices, domain-driven design, and event-driven architecture.
• Solid grasp of core software engineering principles and OOP.
• Experience working within Agile SDLC methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
