Description

You will own L2/L3 production support for Java/J2EE applications in a 24x7 enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and alerts using Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
• Perform incident triage, analysis, and resolution within defined SLAs.
• Support application servers including JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, or Tomcat.
• Collaborate with DB teams on Oracle/SQL data issues and support production releases.
• Validate containerized and cloud-based applications during deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency with Splunk for log monitoring and APM tools like Dynatrace.
• Experience supporting applications on Linux/Unix environments.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting (Oracle).
• Hands-on experience with JBoss, WebLogic, or Tomcat application servers.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or Jira for ticketing and incident management.
• Ability to communicate effectively during bridge calls and stakeholder updates.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
