Description

Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of regulatory and non-regulatory applications. Provide technical oversight for in-house projects and vendor-led implementations within a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical activities to ensure delivery meets project expectations across business, platform engineering, networking, and security teams.
• Interface with external software vendors and internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Perform Level 2 application support and assist Tier 3 teams with complex technical issue resolution.
• Review technical documentation, including vendor release notes, system architecture, and configuration specifications.
• Write and execute test scripts, documenting technical processes through knowledge articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology with a strong background in application development.
• Experience working within the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or a similar regulated industry.
• Proven experience in matrix team management or vendor management.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN, VLAN, and Firewall configurations.
• Proficiency with SQL and batch or shell scripting.
• Understanding of SaaS application architecture, deployment, and AWS hosting.
• Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) and software validation requirements for regulated systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using HP ALM for test script execution.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tracking and management tools.
