You will own the technical strategy and implementation for integration platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for WORKATO and/or Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), defining global strategy for recipe architecture and security.
• Architect and deploy high-efficiency recipes utilizing Batch Action patterns to maximize data throughput.
• Drive cost reduction by refactoring legacy iterative loops into batch-oriented workflows to lower task consumption.
• Design and build complex, event-driven automation flows with advanced trigger logic and multi-step error handling.
• Build and scale real-time and scheduled ETL/ELT pipelines while overseeing complex data mapping and transcoding.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in integration architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with WORKATO platform and/or RIH (Reltio Integration Hub) architecture.
• Proficiency in designing and deploying high-efficiency recipes and reusable components.
• Expertise in API Integration patterns: REST/SOAP, Webhooks, and OAuth.
• Deep knowledge of data formats including JSON and XML, and data transformation.
• Experience defining integration architecture standards and best practices.
• Ability to oversee error handling, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
