You will lead project teams delivering macOS and iOS applications, guiding offshore resources and managing client stakeholders.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact project teams for mobile and desktop application development.
• Guide offshore teams and manage client stakeholder expectations.
• Execute projects using Agile methodologies.
• Build and maintain UIs using SwiftUI and AppKit.
• Manage dependencies with Swift Package Manager and version control with Git.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in mobile and desktop app development.
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
• Hands-on experience with SwiftUI and AppKit for UI development.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Skilled with Swift Package Manager for dependency management.
• Familiarity with XCTest for testing.
• Experience with Xcode Cloud for CI workflows.
• Background in Agile project execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading distributed or offshore teams.
