Good to Have Skills: SDLC and Agile (SCRUM) methodologies, Client/Server application testing, mobile games testing, root cause analysis, production incident handling, strong technical and analytical skills with ability to deep dive into complex problems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Test mobile and web games and related features including UI, UX, functional, and exploratory testing to ensure quality standards.
• Build and complete comprehensive test plans including writing detailed test cases for gaming applications and features.
• Perform regression testing on existing game portfolios to ensure continuous quality and performance standards are maintained.
• Plan and estimate test activities based on release schedules and coordinate with development teams for timely delivery.
• Gather required information from Product Owners, Project Managers, QA, and development teams and evaluate it for testing purposes.
• Manage defects by investigating, reporting, and tracking them to resolution while maintaining detailed documentation of issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and handle bugs related to production incidents to prevent future occurrences and improve system stability.
• Collaborate closely with the development team and other stakeholders to successfully implement solutions and ensure quality deliverables.

Experience Required: At least 5+ years of proven experience in testing web applications and Client/Server applications with strong technical and analytical skills.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in any exact Sciences from a reputable university or graduate of QA studies from a recognized QA academy is an advantage
