Description

You will lead the design and implementation of real-time data transfer solutions and modernize enterprise data platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures using Java or Python.
• Develop and support Apache Kafka-based streaming solutions for real-time data processing.
• Leverage AI/ML integration to accelerate data migration, reconciliation, and modernization efforts.
• Drive technical leadership and best practices across engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Networking, and Platform teams to ensure system integrity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of application development experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java or Python.
• Deep expertise in Apache Kafka, including installation, configuration, and development.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST API development and backend services.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Cloud Platform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Practical implementation experience with AI/ML engineering.
• Background in data modernization and real-time analytics.
