Description

Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution for MediData CTMS applications within the pharma domain.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer technical issues related to CTMS applications.
• Investigate MediData CTMS issues and participate in technical design discussions.
• Coordinate with engineers and attend customer calls to manage risks, issues, and escalations.
• Review technical documents, create quality documentation, and conduct audits.
• Develop project plans and track schedules to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Pharma domain.
• Extensive experience investigating MediData CTMS issues.
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with J Review and SAS.
• Experience using Clinical Reporting tools and Power BI for CTMS reports.
• Ability to lead technical design reviews and documentation processes.
• Strong problem-solving, research, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in metrics collection and knowledge management activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in value creation and process improvement initiatives.
