Description

You will own the solution architecture and technical strategy for multiple digital initiatives, focusing on scalable React-based applications and services built with Adobe App Builder and AEM.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications and services using Adobe App Builder, AEM, and modern cloud patterns.
• Architect integrations with enterprise APIs and backend systems to ensure performance and maintainability.
• Drive hands-on development, code reviews, and architectural guidance across the team.
• Identify technical risks, manage dependencies, and proactively reduce technical debt.
• Champion AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering workflows and automate delivery pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or senior engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe App Builder.
• Deep expertise in React-based application development and architecture.
• Experience designing integrations with enterprise APIs and backend systems.
• Proven track record of identifying technical risks and managing dependencies.
• Ability to promote modular architectures and reusable components.
• Experience championing AI-augmented engineering and developer productivity tools.

Preferred Skills
