Description

Lead the technical design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Act as the technical bridge between customers and the development team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical design, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionalities.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team and perform regular code reviews.
  • Estimate product backlog items and contribute to conceptual and detailed design reviews.
  • Guide the team through complex user stories and provide subject matter expertise.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and delivery.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Hands-on experience with the Power Platform.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration and migration tools.
  • Ability to lead technical design and configuration processes.
  • Experience in build estimation and technical documentation.
