Lead the technical design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Act as the technical bridge between customers and the development team.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical design, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionalities.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and perform regular code reviews.
- Estimate product backlog items and contribute to conceptual and detailed design reviews.
- Guide the team through complex user stories and provide subject matter expertise.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and delivery.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Hands-on experience with the Power Platform.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration and migration tools.
- Ability to lead technical design and configuration processes.
- Experience in build estimation and technical documentation.
