Description

You will lead technical strategy and operations for supported systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze systems and portfolios to recommend migration or improvement strategies.
• Manage system health, installations, configuration, maintenance, and security.
• Oversee Change Management activities across supported systems.
• Design and execute Capacity Planning, CoB Testing, and Disaster Recovery Plans.
• Automate application release deployment using CI/CD to cloud and on-premise environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Expertise in system and database environment design and performance optimization.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Proficiency in configuration management and server/content management.
• Knowledge of Domain, Cell, Profile Creation, and JVM/JMS configuration.
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and recommend procedural optimizations.
• Experience providing administration and operations support.
